هام وعاجل أصدر الفريق أول امن مهندس صلاح عبد الله قوش بتعين الاتي أسمائهم. 1_ إعفاء الفريق اسامه مختار من منصبه وتعين الفريق على محمد علي نائباً له 2_ إعفاء اللواء دخري الزمان مدير هيئة العمليات وتعين اللواء الرفاعي مديراً لهيئة العمليات 3_ إعفاء اللواء عبدالغفار الشريف وتعين اللواء كامل حسب الرسول خلفاً له 4_ إعفاء الفريق محمد مختار وتعين اللواء مجاهد قسم الله خلفاً له  5_ إعفاء العميد محمد الأمين مدير المركبات وتعين العقيد أبوبكر عمر الأسطى خلفاً له 6_ إعفاء العميد عمر الزين وتعين المقدم ابو القاسم ابورقه خلفاً له.                                     ٧ /غير مسموح باعتقال اى مواطن سودانى فيما يخص الاحتجاج على سياسيات الدوله أو الخاله الأقتصاديه او إبداء اى راي او نشر الا بعد الرجوع إليه شخصيا.          ٨/اى احتجاجات سلميه.           ستكون  مدعومه من الجيش والشرطة وتحت الحمايه الكامله.                                            ٩/ إيقاف المدعو  الهندى عز الدين عن الكتابه فى اى منبر  عام او خاص وعدم النشر التام فى حتى وكان ذلك لمدح الحكومه.

The  Janjaweed  ( Arabic : جنجويد  janjawīd ; also transliterated  Janjawid [2] ) are a militia that operate in western  Sudan  and eastern  Chad . سجن عدة مئات من البالغين والأطفال التابعين المحسوبين على  حركة العدل والمساواة  بعد أن هاجم أعضاء من الحركة الخرطوم  في مايو 2008. انتقدت  هيومن رايتس ووتش الحكومة السودانية لرفضها تقديم أي معلومات عن مكان وجودهم، وظهرت أدلة على تفشي التعذيب وسوء المعاملة على السجناء المفرج عنهم والذين تم جمع العديد منهم في مقابلات سجلتها هيومن رايتس ووتش.
